Professional Development and Training
Together we have over 40 years experience working in community service organisations as Team Leaders and in Management positions. Collectively we have direct knowledge and understanding of the importance of supervision and staff management for both staff and managers. We both have experience in staff selection, orientation, disciplinary action, performance appraisal and training.
